People ask me the secret to staying booked in a tough economy, and I can answer in one sentence: I don’t go looking for customers, I make it easy for them to find me. What are your customers looking for? Where do they search for it? And how quickly do they find you? If they get on the Internet, search for their need, and don’t find you there quickly, you don’t exist.
