Getting Your Message Out Isn’t About How Many You Get In Front Of – But What You Do With Them Once You Have Their Attention

Now more than ever if we want to succeed, we must stand up and stick out in a crowded market. Whether it’s marketing, leadership, sales presentations, advertising, management, customer service, or even motivational speaking - we are all trying to get our message out in a crowded noisy world. To get their attention.  And then once we have their attention we often drop the ball by delivering the same-old-same-old they saw from the one who came before you.

So how do we stand up and stick out?


I love this video (promoting the show Glee) because it shows what most of us are missing in our businesses – CREATIVITY.  The ability to give our customers something they’ve never seen before. The courage to try something new. An atmosphere that encourages new ideas and fresh perspectives. Breaking out of the box.

This video inspires me to take a second look at how I interact with my customers – how I get the word out - what I do with them once I get them. This video inspires me to think outside the box. Because nobody notices normal.
